What You’ll Do
A Supply Chain Analyst at Royal serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order fulfillment and scheduling, once the account has been established. They collaborate directly with both customers and internal operations teams to ensure that orders are created accurately and delivered on time, meeting the specific requirements set by the customer.Supporting our Royal Center Corporate facility this position will be stationed at our manufacturing plant in Mission, TX and will report directly to the Supply Chain Analyst Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Customer PO management (Spot Buys, EDI)
- Monitor tracking and shipping requirements, as needed
- Manage the cubing of trucks to maximize the customers shipping requirements
- Perform escalated expediting, when required, to ensure on time delivery of material
- Handle customer concerns or complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
- Keep record of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation
- Maintain all customer master data information (ie. updated and accurate)
- Manage large volume of incoming calls and emails to support customers needs
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years working with an ERP and CRM system
- QAD experience is preferred
- Bachelors in Supply Chain Management or Business Management preferred
- 2-4 years of Supply Chain Analyst experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proven ability for strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle critical conversations with a wide range of people
- Must have the ability to adapt/respond accordingly
- Support periodic weekend phone/email coverage (Approx 3x/year)
