What You’ll Do
Royal is hiring seasonal full-time (40 hrs/week) Assemblers and Molding Operators for the Summer of 2025 at our Hudsonville locations (Quincy St. and Corporate Grove). This is a great opportunity for freshly graduated high-school students, college students or even teachers off for the summer!
Note: These opportunities are seasonal and available for the summer only (May-August).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing parts by putting together component parts using basic robotics and/or hand tools.(Assembly)
- Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met (Assembly & Molding)
- Lift up to 35lbs at a time (Assembly & Molding)
- Follow visual and written work instructions (Assembly & Molding)
- Complete necessary paperwork (Assembly & Molding)
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications:
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8-hours per day.
- Overtime will be required as needed.
- Desire to work one of the following shifts (preference given to those who are interested in 2nd or 3rd shift)
- 1st Shift: 8am-4pm
- 2nd Shift: 4pm-12am
- 3rd Shift: 12am-8am
- Graduated high school (or be 18 years old)
- Must be hardworking, reliable and have a strong attention to detail
