What You’ll Do

Your future starts here! Royal is searching for Secondary Inspectors to work with our Quality team to deliver perfect products to our customers. If you have a strong attention to detail and share in Royal’s values to work hard while maintaining an environment that promotes integrity, stewardship, and excellence, we’d love to meet you!

Core Responsibilities:

• Inspecting parts based on Royal's quality documentation
  • Ex: Secondary Inspection Instructions and Visual Reference Sheets (VRS)
• Inspecting parts to the Standard seconds per part target (ie. inspections must be completed within a defined time frame to ensure the pace of production meets customer demand)
• Inspecting molded parts after first shot / last shot production run to ensure quality and consistency in parts produced
• Helping in molding and assembly departments/bays to cover absenteeism and break coverage
• Work in a team environment

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
• ​Willing and able to work overtime as needed
• Familiarity and experience working with computers, including G-Suite Products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Ability to pass Color Acuity Test 
• Ability to work 1st Shift (8am-4pm)
