What You’ll Do

Royal is hiring a Customer Finance Manager to join our team in Hudsonville, MI. As a Customer Finance Manager (CFM) your primary mission is to act as the financial architect for several accounts, ensuring profitability for both Royal and the customer. 

Responsibilities:

• Quoting new business competitively and strategically
• Controlling the financial performance of launches during new product development
• Analyzing the portfolio of current business and identifying cost reduction opportunities
• Accurately recording pricing and price issue resolution
• Working closely with the Customer Business Unit (CBU) manager in negotiations with the customer, selection of opportunities and strategic planning

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or related field
• Experience in program/account management within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in negotiating business awards and engineering changes
• Experience working within the automotive and/or furniture industry
• Experience with injection molding and value added assembly highly preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills, effective follow through, and a proactive approach
