What You’ll Do
Royal is searching for a detail-focused Payroll professional to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and will understand the importance of dependability and maintaining confidentiality in working with sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly payroll operations and transactions and manage to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely for each of Royal’s locations
- Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
- Assist Royal’s accounting team with accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accounting-related transactions
- Support risk management functions by assisting with commercial insurance and conducting workers compensation audits
- Responsible for Finance-related items, including commercial insurance and property taxes
- Assist in annual completion of state property tax returns
What You’ll Bring
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 1-3 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience working with Kronos / UKG Workforce Ready preferred
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to confidentiality
