Your responsibilities:
Print paperwork / labels, supply raw materials / remove Finished Goods, complete final product audits, standard comparisons and scanning functions for machines and operators
Schedule and organize work following established priorities
Escalate non-conformance to standards such as quality issues and/or schedule discrepancies
Follow standardized work procedures and maintain proper pace to ensure materials and packaging are where they need to be at the right time and production is not interrupted
Maintain an overall understanding of the how the shop floor is operating at all times and work with the shift Supervisor to quickly suggest and make changes when needed
Work daily with a can-do, ‘servant’ attitude
Communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization including operators, Supervisors and Plant Leadership
Hi-lo driving is required. Experience not required but willingness to learn if needed
