All individuals must meet the minimum requirements

 

• One year of consecutive service time (unless business needs allow otherwise)
• No written warnings within the last six months and no unacceptable scores on their last evaluation
• At least six months of service in their last current position
• Self-direct, takes initiative and good time management skills
• Proven attendance and quality track records
• Proven verbal and written skills
• Proven willingness and ability to work overtime
• Setting tools (molds)
• Complete color/material changes
• Prepare materials for production
• Maintain bay's hand tools and auxiliary equipment
• May troubleshoot processing issues or Start Up presses
• Run presses during operator breaks or run presses as assigned
• Maintain and comply with safety guidelines for A-Frame/Crane and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements
