Responsibilities:
- Tracks Technical operators, Utilities, and SIT's through their training development
- Provides both positive and constructive feedback to the team
- Creating and updating training modules and lessons
- Working with each plant to schedule training needs and requirements
- Leads the Utility and SIT training team
- Drives strategic goals that pertains to training utilities and SIT’s
- Works with the process engineers on new processes and development
- Travels to remote sites training and assessing training needs
- Promotes Royal’s culture and values
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Understanding of Royal’s quality systems
- Teachable spirit and self motivated
- Good time management skills and able to multitask several projects under pressure
- Excellent attendance record and flexible to overtime
- Technical molding experience with 5-10 years experience
- Experience using Google G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, slides)
- Ability to write training curriculum
- Training experience
- Recognize learning styles and adapt training to each individual (visual, hands on, lecture)
- Technical knowledge on all processes and equipment at Royal
