All individuals must meet the minimum requirements:
One year of consecutive service time (unless business needs allow otherwise)
No written warnings within the last six months and no unacceptable scores on their last evaluation
At least six months of service in their current position
Recommended by your Supervisor
Excellent communication and writing skills are required
Ability to multi task under pressure
Prior coordinating/ auditing experience within the assembly department is preferred
Past supervisory experience is preferred
Servant leadership and positive attitude
Strong knowledge of Royal systems (supervisor dashboard, syteline, etc...)
Computer proficiency (Google Suite, Excel, etc...)
Prior knowledge or ability to learn tool changes
Excellent attendance record
Ability to work on either 2nd or 3rd shift.
Frequent Saturday support is required when promoted into Supervisor role
