What You’ll Do

Help brainstorm, create, and facilitate the events/activities held here at CG!  The Employee Experience Team (formerly the Fun Committee) works behind the scenes to create fun and engaging activities to balance fun and hard work.

Opportunities on all shifts!  We are looking for 2-3 people per shift.

• Note: This is a volunteer opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly meetings as available
• Assist with planning and executing of events at CG (and potentially other sites for Hudsonville-wide events)
• Share your ideas and solicit ideas/feedback from your peers
• Help foster a culture of collaboration and positivity at CG
• Act as a Royal brand advocate

Requirements

• In good standing in current role (no written warnings)
• Able to attend meetings
• Able to help with events
• Able to help communicate and facilitate feedback across your shift
• Able to commit for 1 year
• A nod of support from your supervisor and/or production manager
