What You’ll Do
This is a critical role for Royal Technologies. The SCA serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order fulfillment, scheduling, and logistics once the account has been established. They collaborate directly with both customers and internal operations teams to ensure that shipment orders are created accurately and delivered on time, meeting the specific requirements set by the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Customer PO fulfillment management (Spot Buys, Accum, EDI)
- Monitors tracking and shipping requirements as needed for customers
- Manage freight planning to maximize the customers shipping requirements
- Performs escalated expediting when required to ensure on time delivery of material
- Handle customer concerns or complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Maintain all customer master data information is up to date and accurate
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails to support customers needs
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management preferred
- 2 plus years with work in a ERP and CRM systems QAD preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven ability for strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to have critical conversation
- Active listening skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
- Support periodic weekend phone/email coverage. Approximately 4x per year.
