This role will require a hi lo license the some responsibilities outside of a "typical" auditor.  Below are the job duties.

Core Tasks

• Move finished-goods completed skids to blue carts
• Place empty skids in front of machines
• Build boxes for each work-center to hourly cadence
• Drop of returnable totes to each work-center
• Peel off old labels from returnable totes
• Respond to material alarms
• Change over material gaylords to keep machines supplied with resin
• Change over concentrate boxes to keep mixers supplier with concentrate
• Weigh material, adjust tag after each change over (gaylord)
• Weigh material, adjust tag after each change over (conc. box)
• Stock incoming resins on the storage rack
• Stock incoming packaging on the storage rack
• Move finished-good parts in and out of SI and QH

Periodic Tasks

• Cover machine assignments for breaks
• Setup press-side fixtures/swap flex base nests
• Prestage for dried materials four hours in advance of change over
• Drain, clean, and put away hopper after mold change
• Drain, clean and load new resin in loaders, Plastracs and Maguires at C/C’s 
• Cycle count resin, concentrate and corrugated packaging
