This job would involve training as a supervisor under the direction of the Assembly Manager and current Assembly Supervisors.  This person would be responsible for all functions of an Assembly Supervisor. This person may complete other jobs while in training, including backfill for current Supervisors or function as an Auditor. Must be a current assembly auditor to apply.

All individuals must meet the minimum requirements:  

• One year of consecutive service time (unless business needs allow otherwise)
• No written warnings within the last six months and no unacceptable scores on their last evaluation
• At least six months of service in their current position
• Recommended by your Supervisor
• Excellent communication and writing skills are required
• Ability to multi task under pressure
• Prior coordinating/ auditing experience within the assembly department is preferred
• Past supervisory experience is preferred
• Servant leadership and positive attitude 
• Strong knowledge of Royal systems (supervisor dashboard, syteline, etc...)
• Computer proficiency (Google Suite, Excel, etc...)
• Prior knowledge or ability to learn tool changes
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work on either 2nd or 3rd shift. 
• Frequent Saturday support is required when promoted into Supervisor role
