• One year of consecutive service time
• No written warnings within the last 6 months and no unacceptable scores on last evaluation
• At least six months of service in current position (unless job change is a promotion)
• Materials supervisor experience (or SIT) within a manufacturing environment
• Continuous improvement experience that has generated cost savings
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
• Experienced in conflict resolution
• Must be physically capable of performing job requirements
• Recommended by your Supervisor and Production Manager
• Excellent Communication and Writing Skills are required
• Able to multitask under pressure
• Excellent attendance record 
• Experience with Syteline and scanning functions
• Ability to learn new systems (ERP)
• Good understanding of material systems and procedures
• Good time management skills
• Flexible to overtime
• Prior Shipping and Receiving experience
