Excellent communication and writing skills
Understanding of Royal’s quality systems
Good time management skills and able to multitask several projects under pressure
Excellent attendance record and flexible to overtime
Experience with implementing/maintaining 5S
Experience with implementing a Continuous Improvement Project with tangible results
Experience with Syteline is a plus
Current supervision experience is required (or Royal University completion)
Experience using Google G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office is a plus
Must be willing to support different shifts as needed
