Q2- Materials Supervisor - 2nd Shift

All individuals must meet the minimum requirements (unless business needs allow otherwise)

One year of consecutive service time
No written warnings within the last 6 months and no unacceptable scores on last evaluation
At least six months of service in current position (unless job change is a promotion)

Materials supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment
Ability to lead a team of material handlers and shipping coordinator to meet the department’s goals and metrics.
Self driven and Team oriented.
Experienced in conflict resolution.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
Excellent Communication and Writing Skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Continuous Improvement mindset
Knowledge of Inventory Control
Experienced in ERP system (Syteline/ QAD), scanners and other technology related products
Ability to learn new systems (ERP) and processes.
Good understanding of material systems and procedures
Good time management skills
