Supply Chain Analyst

Role Summary:
This is a critical role for Royal Technologies. The SCA serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order fulfillment and scheduling once the account has been established. They collaborate directly with both customers and internal operations teams to ensure that orders are created accurately and delivered on time, meeting the specific requirements set by the customer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Customer PO management (Spot Buys, EDI)
  • Monitors tracking and shipping requirements as needed
  • Manage the cubing of trucks to maximize the customers shipping requirements
  • Perform escalated expediting when required to ensure on time delivery of material
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Maintain all customer master data information is up to date and accurate
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails to support customers needs
Skills and Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management preferred
  • 2 plus years with work in a  ERP and CRM systems QAD preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability for strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to have critical conversation 
  • Active listening skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
  • Support periodic weekend phone/email coverage.  Approximately 3x per year.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
